Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. For a full refund, please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled ride. Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup time may be subject to a partial charge. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 2 hours) will be billed in full.
Extraordinary Conditions
Rolly's Transportation Services may cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, Driver shortages, road closures and other events that make it difficult or inadvisable to proceed with the trip.
